Project Overview:

IMPACT Collective was hired to provide a venue, sound, lights, production and hospitality for a private event featuring Grammy Award Winner Toby Keith.

Support Provided:

IMPACT’s Event Team was responsible for coordinating the logistics, managing security, implementing a smooth load in and load out, handling the sound check, and securing food and beverage for the green room as well as the special guests in attendance.

Project Size and Scope:

IMPACT hosted 400 VIP guests at Union Stage for a private concert with Toby Keith.

IMPACT was able to take the burden off of the host of the party. We managed 100% of the logistics and worked in the trenches with Toby’s tech team as well as the caterers, event support, and furniture company to set up and maintain a super successful event!
