IMPACT Collective was contracted by The Winery at Bull Run to manage and coordinate marketing, sales and event management of its 225-acre estate vineyard.
Support Provided:
IMPACT executed a wedding showcase “You Had Me at Merlot” that accommodated more than 2,000 bridal prospects which generated nearly $3,000,000 in weddings and private event sales. We also coordinated $3,000,000 in public events such as festivals like Blue Belle Festival, Fall Crush Festival, Bluegrass & Barbecue, Sipping & Painting, Magic Shows, Comedy Shows, Yoga Events, Trivia Nights and live music concerts. IMPACT was responsible for booking 3 live acts per weekend across 52 weeks per year which increased community vibes and wine sales.
