Project Overview:

IMPACT Collective was contracted by The Winery at Bull Run to manage and coordinate marketing, sales and event management of its 225-acre estate historic Civil War themed vineyard.

Support Provided:

IMPACT launched the winery with a showcase, “You Had Me at Merlot”, that accommodated more than 10,000 bridal and corporate prospects over the course of 6 years. Sales generated nearly $6,000,000 in sales for wine, weddings, private events,  and public events to include Blue Belle Festival, Fall Crush Festival, Bluegrass & Barbecue, Sipping & Painting, Magic Shows, Comedy Shows, Yoga Events, Trivia Nights and live music concerts. IMPACT was responsible for booking 3 live acoustic acts per weekend across 52 weeks per year which increased community vibes and guest attendance for up to 2,000 visitors on prime Saturdays and Sundays.
