IMPACT Collective was contracted by RII to help them celebrate their 15-year anniversary.

Support Provided:

RII was looking to bring together their company from all regions to celebrate in a momentous way. IMPACT was tasked with finding a venue within DC to host their 500-plus guests, and providing vendors to bring their concepts and vision to life. IMPACT secured the noteworthy and impressive Union Station to host their event, oversaw production and transformation of the space, managed the logistics of employee arrivals, and were there throughout providing support and guidance to vendors and shareholders alike.

RII was able to lean on IMPACT to secure their venue and vendors for their anniversary party. IMPACT partnered with some of the best of the best within the DC Metropolitan area to create a compelling and memorable experience for RII employees. IMPACT also managed all vendor communication, payment schedules, contract review, and timeline creation, allowing RII employees to continue focusing on their respective roles within the company, instead of being bogged down with details for their event.

We are so lucky to have worked with Kadzo and the IMPACT team! Our company was hosting its first in-person party in 3 years and we knew that it was going to be a big undertaking to make it special for 500+ guests. Once we booked the venue and partnered with IMPACT, we had about 3 months to plan out the details. Understanding the tight timeline, Kadzo was efficient, flexible, and extremely responsive throughout the whole process. She felt like a member of our team, as she truly partnered with us to make sure the theme and details of the party aligned with our company’s brand and culture.
