The Winery at Bull Run


Project Overview:

IMPACT Collective was hired by The Winery at Bull Run to manage and coordinate the marketing, sales and event department of the 225-acre estate. IMPACT created the preferred vendor list while leveraging our vast network in the event industry to surround ourselves with the best of the best.

Support Provided:

IMPACT coordinated “Wine, Dine, & Design” and hosted 325 peers from the industry and also created a wedding showcase cleverly titled “You Had Me at Merlot” which accommodated more than 125 bridal prospects. Among our responsibilities, we spear-headed the marketing strategy, social media campaign, search engine optimization, blog writing, newsletters, collateral and brochures. We executed full service marketing, event management and sales for TWABR and currently work in house 6 days per week to ensure the success of this thriving new business.

40,000 cases of wine sold and $2,200,000 in event bookings since the venue opened in 2012.
