The Winery at Bull Run

 

Project Overview:

IMPACT Collective was hired by The Winery at Bull Run to manage and coordinate the marketing, sales and event departments of its 225-acre estate vineyard. IMPACT created the preferred vendor list while leveraging our vast network in the event industry to surround ourselves with the best of the best professionals to elevate the caliber of service delivered.

Support Provided:

IMPACT coordinated “Wine, Dine, & Design” while hosting 325 peers from the industry and also created a wedding showcase cleverly titled “You Had Me at Merlot” which accommodated more than 125 bridal prospects each year from 2012 to 2018. Among our responsibilities, we spear-headed the marketing strategy, social media campaign, search engine optimization, blog writing, newsletters, collateral and brochures. We executed full service marketing, event management and sales for TWABR and worked in house 6 days per week to ensure the success of this thriving new business.

$4.5 million of wine sold and $3,000,000 in private event bookings since the venue opened in 2012.
