The Winery at Bull Run


Project Overview:

IMPACT Collective was hired by The Winery at Bull Run to manage and coordinate the marketing, sales and event departments of its 225-acre estate vineyard.

Support Provided:

For the past six years, IMPACT has executed a wedding showcase “You Had Me at Merlot” accommodating more than 125 bridal prospects. We execute full-service marketing, event management and sales for The Winery At Bull Run.

750 weddings, charity events, and corporate parties

Duration of Project:

Spring 2012 to 2018

Benefits to Customer:

$4.5 million of wine sold and $3,000,000 in private event bookings since the venue opened in 2012.
