Splendor Fest is created to give back and benefit the growing local homeless community of over 7,000 individuals in D.C. A free event at Franklin Square in Washington, DC on July 22, 2017, providing guests with a true VIP experience.

As VIP guests, the homeless will be treated to health screenings, fresh haircuts, catered food, cold beverages, and a game truck from our IMPACT Makers. Our assortment of gracious IMPACT Makers include: Cava, George Town University, Costco, Smoothie King, Lowes Madison Hotel, WGTS 91.9, Georgetown HOYA Clinic, and more. Sarah’s Charity will further gift blessings bags filled with healthy snacks, toiletries, and other necessities to this community. WGTS will offer a prayer tent to those who need spiritual uplifting. These organizations are truly able to make an impact on our guests and provide them with vital essentials.

With uplifting music, Pastor Marcus Gill will inspire those in need. With Live music ranging from Contemporary, Gospel, Rap, to the Top 40, music artists such as Occasions, Nehemiah, Tony M Band, Jason Saitta, and Tamika Moore will perform throughout the event. Those attending will experience a movement of hope and encouragement.

While visiting shelters of all sizes to promote Splendor Fest, they greeted us with amazing hospitality. As a result, every shelter gladly accepted the flyers, expressing their gratitude of how impactful this event is on their residents.  It warms our hearts encountering nothing but kindness and enthusiasm by both the homeless residents and staff!

To give back you may donate clothing, school supplies, volunteer your time, or become a sponsor of Splendor Fest! Together we will help impact lives of those who find themselves in the greatest need of encouragement and motivation. Get more details at www.splendorfest.com.
