IMPACT Collective wasn’t created in a boardroom; it was born over coffee at a local Panera, listening to clients who wanted their stories to be told and their visions to be realized. Before events became his world, Eddie’s grassroots approach drove him to significant milestones in music and social justice. First, collaboration with legendary music mogul Jimmy Iovine to sign a DC band to a multi-album record deal with Geffen Records. Following, Fam raised more than $2 million for global advocacy campaigns to serve impoverished communities.

Today, with over 2,500 concerts, conferences, festivals, galas, and weddings under his belt and $9 million generated in event and venue sales, Eddie is known for a rare duality: the ability to execute the “big picture” while strategically networking and negotiating to protect the interests of his clients. His philosophy is simple: help people celebrate their lives. This perspective was profoundly deepened after a miraculous survival of a near-death paragliding accident. The incident shifted his focus from mere coordination to the sacred responsibility of creating and cherishing life’s most meaningful moments.

With grit Eddie continues to push boundaries, recently taking over managing the event program at his 7th venue – Potomac Point Winery. He also launched the cutting-edge percussion group Drum Crashers, which creates contagious hype and musical energy at private events. He continues to serve disadvantaged youth through Meant 2 Live Foundation and Splendor Music, while living by his personal code: relentless faith in God, love for family, passion for music, and the gift of creating unforgettable memories and experiences for others.

Christine thrives where movement meets structure.

She has a natural gift for stepping into complex situations, organizing the chaos, and turning it into clear, steady direction. With more than 21 years of experience in business operations and human resources, she brings the mindset of both strategist and problem-solver to every event and internal process at IMPACT Collective.

Christine holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology along with Master’s level certificates in Project Management and Homeland Security Management, and she uses that unique blend of discipline and empathy to strengthen workflows, protect timelines, and care for the people behind every plan.

Clients and colleagues know her as the calm backbone of the team, the one who quietly ensures every system supports the bigger vision. Guided by her belief that “Love must be sincere. Kadzo – Senior Event Director

Throughout her career, Kadzo naturally gravitated toward opportunities in the service industry, where her passion for taking care of others shaped her work with some of the top names in retail. She seamlessly carried those skills into wedding planning and coordination, and for the past seven years she has helped couples plan and execute the wedding of their dreams. Kadzo sincerely believes her calling is to be of service to others, and supporting couples on one of the most important days of their lives is truly a labor of love for her.

As a single mother working full time, Kadzo understands dedication, patience, and the meaning of showing up for people. Before motherhood became her main focus, she enjoyed Latin dance, baking, volunteering at hospitals, arranging flowers, and planning dinner parties that brought family and friends together. Michelle – Wedding & Event Planner

Michelle believes every event should feel like the people it celebrates. Originally from England, she moved to Washington, DC with a quiet determination to build a life in hospitality and events, drawn to the joy of bringing strangers together and turning ideas into experiences people can feel. Over more than 20 years in the industry, she has learned that beautiful design matters, but the way clients feel in the process matters even more.

Her approach is rooted in creativity and compassion. Michelle plans with open ears and steady hands, shaping each wedding or event to reflect the personalities in the room instead of following a template. Clients often notice how calm she remains under pressure and how naturally she translates their scattered thoughts into something cohesive and personal, whether the celebration is social, corporate, or somewhere in between.

Stephanie – Wedding & Event Planner

Stephanie has been in the wedding and event planning industry for more than 20 years, designing celebrations across the country and throughout the Caribbean. Her bubbly personality reflects her genuine love for this work, and she brings that same energy and personal touch to every project she leads. Stephanie believes planning should feel exciting instead of overwhelming, and she approaches each couple and client with warmth, creativity, and steady guidance.

Her strong ability to manage, coordinate, and multitask has allowed her to support both local celebrations and large corporate events. Stephanie prides herself on delivering the wow factor and helping capture dreams while turning them into reality. Her philosophy centers on providing a stress-free experience and the thoughtful attention required for a successful wedding or event.

Outside of planning, Stephanie enjoys traveling, completing 300-piece jigsaw puzzles, spending time with her husband and grandchildren, and attending cheer competitions. She loves visiting beaches, adults-only resorts, and cruises, and in 2025 she and her husband celebrated 25 years of marriage by traveling to 25 different places in one year. Stephanie recently retired after 29 years with the same company and was once a contestant on Wheel of Fortune.

Haley – Wedding Director

A Georgia native and a southern girl at heart, Haley has worked and excelled in the events and hospitality industry for more than a decade. Her passion began at a young age watching her mother plan weddings, and that early inspiration grew into a career built around meaningful celebrations and thoughtful design. Haley started her professional journey in Nashville, Tennessee, working on events in the country music industry with artists such as Blake Shelton, Jason Aldean, Martina McBride, Miranda Lambert, and Florida Georgia Line.

She was later recruited to manage events for several well-known venues, where she developed a reputation as a luxury wedding and event planner. From the first planning stages to the final moments of execution, Haley provides IMPACT clients with individualized service and careful attention to detail. Her goal is to create events that feel personal, seamless, and memorable, leaving guests swooning for years to come.

Star – Lead Event Planner

Star, short for Starvel, is one of IMPACT Collective’s most seasoned event planners with 12 years of experience serving clients with a keen eye for design and details. More than a decade ago, an opportunity to serve as a committee chair for a conference uncovered her passion for event planning, and that moment set the direction for her career. Since then, Star has created and managed multi-day weddings, celebrations, conferences, corporate events, and destination events.

She has partnered with local companies to plan pop-up weddings, speed dating soirees, and New Year’s Eve celebrations, bringing creativity and organization to every project. Star has also worked with non-profits, corporations, and government agencies to plan and implement events that hosted U.S. elected officials, celebrities, and foreign dignitaries. Her wide range of experience allows her to move seamlessly between social, corporate, and community focused events.

In addition to being the team’s go-to destination wedding planner, Star is also a professional travel agent, supporting clients far beyond the wedding day itself. We call her Star because of her name and her talent, and she brings both to every IMPACT Collective celebration.

Tigre, pronounced Tiger, graduated from George Mason University with a bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Events Management and has spent the past several years honing her skills while contributing to the events industry in a variety of roles. Gloria – Wedding Planner

Gloria began her career producing pageants and, after 10 years of experience, transitioned into the wedding industry. Having the opportunity to be part of the most special day of someone’s life is her greatest motivation, and she approaches every celebration with care, respect, and heartfelt commitment. Her journey into weddings grew naturally from her love of organization, beauty, and meaningful moments.

Gloria devotes much of her time to volunteering and giving back to her community in her home country of Ghana. She currently serves as President of Passion for an African Child Organization, a Christian-based, non-governmental organization working to improve the lives of underprivileged children across Africa. Through advocacy, educational support, and providing everyday needs, Gloria lives out her belief that there is nothing that makes one happier than to see others happy.
